GLIMPSE INTO THE SPACE EXHIBITION DESIGN
In a collaboration with the Museum of Literature and Performing Arts in Sarajevo and the City of Sarajevo, I designed the visual identity and exhibition design for the “Karim Zaimovic - A Glimpse into the Space” exhibition (orig. Pogled u svemir). The exhibition was dedicated to the late writer, comic book artist, journalist and radio host Karim Zaimovic.
I crafted the visual identity by integrating abstract drawings from the late writer into various elements of the exhibition. The original drawings, showcased for visitors, served as a captivating focal point, adding a distinctive touch to the overall aesthetic. Collaborating with the researcher and exhibition author, we envisioned a multisensory and multimedial experience for visitors. This unique approach allowed attendees to physically engage with certain elements of the exhibition.
The exhibition is presented in both Bosnian and English, providing a bilingual experience for all visitors. This comprehensive compilation serves as a gateway to the rich tapestry of Zaimovic’s world, offering a new perspective on his enduring influence.
